Who We Are
Mortgage Loans Co. is led by Dustin Allan, a Texas mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2044646) based in Kyle. Dustin has spent 13 years in Central Texas real estate and 7 years in mortgage lending, with a focus on first-time buyers and down payment assistance programs such as TSAHC, Chenoa Fund and Cardinal Elite.
Dustin is also a licensed Texas real estate agent with The Allan Home Group at Compass, the team he runs with his wife, Kristin Allan. You are always free to choose any lender or real estate agent.
